Aér is an initiative for crafts and craftspeople started as an NGO in 2014 with a name as “Nishra”. Initially Nishra was devoted to generate employement for underprivildged women to make all type of hand made bags specially vegetable bags, which hit the market in just 6 months. In 2019, Aér has more than 50 underprivileged ladies working on designer and innovative handicraft products for improvement in their lives and livelihoods. We at Aér believe in raising needy women up by giving up work that they love. Aér has evolved overtime in market due to it’s quality and utility. Product ranges are targeting more on the female segment- Household ladies, students and to be brides.
